This network features a carefully selected, highly credentialed physician population exceeding 10,000 members, and a discriminating list of hospital, home health care providers, laboratories, and other health care providers and facilities. This outstanding network is both comprehensive and accessible and will add to your health benefits plans.

Extremely flexible, the Family Choice network can be implemented into your plan as an indemnity-based point-of-service product, as a full-service PPO, or it can be overlaid onto your traditional indemnity plan. Care delivered through a network is more cost-effective, and savings will be realized in any of the above scenarios.
